Can't exit from phoenix secure core setup on Lenovo laptop

Specs: Windows 7

When i started up my laptop(g580 on win7) after loading the Lenovo logo, this boot menu/app menu appeared. (I dont know the reason why this boot menu showed up)
i tried pressing esc for exit but it didnt work. seems like my keyboard isnt working. Please help me to get through this menu and to stop it from showing up next time i open my laptop. Thanks.

Did you by any change changed something in BIOS prior this problem appeared?

What's on the menu? Try using the arrow keys to move up/down, press Enter to select. If you didn't make any changes to the BIOS, it's possible your hard drive died.

If you think your keyboard is not working, try connecting another keyboard to it and check it. If the external keyboard work, then there is a problem with your keyboard.
You can boot into the BIOS by continuously tapping F2 on startup before the logo appears. Then from the BIOS setting, ensure that the boot menu is at the bottom.
