Solved cannot open up windows on netbook

Specs: Windows 7
Getting note saying. Your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator.
Tried safe mode recovery. Think I need to reset to factory settings. any ideas welcome.

I've only known that error message to be caused by a severe malware infection, and in some cases the hard drive has to be completely wiped before running Factory Recovery otherwise the infection remains intact.

The process for Factory Recovery depends on the make (and perhaps the actual model) of your netbook so I can't help you with that unless you provide those details, or for quicker response just Google it:
