Cannot get rid of blue busy circle

Specs: Windows 7
This started after I attempted to run a Caemra manual disc that said I needed flash player 9? installed - which I attempted to do but without success - problems with the blue circle ever since. Always run clean up programme on boot up but not fixed the problem.

Try doing a System Restore to a point when the computer was running ok.

nikdubrov when you get these Adobe warning when you attempt to play a video never accept them. They have been a real pain lately. Instead go to their website and download. ------- -------- When you first turn your computer on and you get an Adobe offer to update, that one you need to accept. It has always been clean for me.
These Adobe popup warning will load your computer with garbage that will need to be removed. Start - Control Panel - Program and Features is one place. As Johnr said - system restore is good when it works.
