If you do not need to save any data on that hard drive then the solution is to delete all partitions and start over by creating new partition/s and THEN formatting them.

If you need to recover data then use Easeus Partition Recovery to repair the partition/s.

Improperly disconnecting an external hard drive can cause the file system to be corrupted. That results in the RAW condition.

Always use the safely remove icon in the tray by the clock before unplugging or cutting power to the external.
