First, restart in Safe Mode with Networking.
Then download, install, update, and run Malwarebytes (free version). Remove all it finds. This will ensure that you remove any 'junk' they may have left behind. Clean out your browser's History, Cookies, Temp Internet Files, etc.
If that does not fix things, run System Restore (from Safe Mode) to a date WELL before your system was apparently hacked (they may have had a 'toe in the door' before you noticed anything). Use 'Show More Restore Points' if needed. When System Restore is complete, run Malewarebytes again to be sure, then update your antivirus program and run that also. Then manually run Windows Update and when it is complete, try cleaning out your browser (History, Cookies, Temp Internet Files, etc.).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Your computer can't be controlled by an outside source if it's not connected to the internet, so the 1st thing you need to do is unplug from the network. Then boot into safe mode & run a full virus & malware scan. Which AV program are you running?

After performing #2 above you need to contact Yahoo to get your account fixed. Whoever hacked your account appears to still be in control. You do NOT want to continue using the computer like that.
