cannon MX410 printer issue

Specs: Windows 7
I replaced ink carts, restarted laptop. Still getting a (check ink U052) on the menu screen of printer?

i did, also downloaded updated drivers, ended up contacting canon support. they were greatly communicable, sending me new carts. Thanks to you all for being here and helpful as well.
