Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit, 3 GHz / 1919 MB
I have installed, in my computer, a second HDD that I use only for backups.
The question is can I sync folders on my C drive with folders on that second drive.?
This is so I will have a current second copy of the accountant work I am doing.

Yes, you can either sync folders with backup software, or make manual backups without software. I prefer the latter method.

While that is better than no backup a better solution would be to store the backups somewhere other than on the same computer. Catastrophic failure or theft will leave you helpless.

I am not sure exactly what phil above means but perhaps it is what I do.

I image the OS partition using imaging/backup software. This compresses the files to save space but they can't be read by simply accessing them.

I also perform a simple copy of my personal files. Things like music, photos, self created work, etc. That way when the worst happens you can access those files easily.

I also keep my music and photos on optical disk as an added measure. The rule of thumb is that the more important the files, the more care should be taken.

The best I've found is SyncBackFree. Set up the sync job and then schedule it to fire, say, once per hour.
