Can I change all folder icons at once in Win7

Microsoft Windows 7 home premium 64-bit

Specs: Windows 7
Can you change all the folder icons at the same time? I have some folder icons I downloaded that I want all my folders to look like. They are 256x256 .ico files. I don't really care for the yellow ones. I know how to change each folder individually, but that would take a lot of time. Is there a quicker way? I would also like windows to use this icon every time I create a new folder. Im using windows 7 home premium 64 bit. Anyone know how to do this or if it can even be done?

When you right click the folder and customise there is a box that says
"also apply this template to all sub folders"

not the answer you were looking for but you can make a lot of folders sub folders and its better than one at a time.

will have a look around and see if there is a better way in windows 7 and post back if i find one

I tried that, but it doesnt change the appearance of the folders, just how the files are shown in each folder, unless Im doing something wrong.....
