Hello!
I was working on a music file and by mistake while increasing the volume I managed to disable the default sound. Now, instead of two icons in the sound panel, it only shows one (Realtek Digital Output- High Definition Audio). The problem is I want the other sound option back because this one does not play sound. The driver is up-to-date, yet no sound plays. Please help!

In Control Panel, select Sound and activate the device, you managed to disable, by rightclicking on the device and choose activate.

Search the device manager for even that device you're missing.
Is it there, and if so, is there any sign on it, like an exclamation mark or something?
