Specs: Windows 7, SU2300 1.2GHz/3GB
Hi everyone,
I have been getting periodic inexplicable errors (assuming BSOD) that cause a shutdown on my netbook.
It's standard spec, with the addition of an official Acer bluetooth module, and the replacement of 1gb of factory RAM with a 2gb stick. This has been since I first purchased the machine.
Windows 7 running from factory.
The BSOD errors are often while I am not at the computer, but the most recent one shows the following in the event log:
"The bugcheck was: 0x000000c2 (0x0000000000000007, 0x0000000000001097, 0x0000000004080005, 0xfffffa80075095a0)."

I have uploaded the mini-dump file here:

Any help would be MUCH appreciated!

if its a new machine take it back,
try putting the mem stick in the other slot.
you may also try changing the power options for shutdown/hibernate/sleep etc, but if its bsod ing since day one you should have returned it straight away.

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....

it's not a new machine - bought almost a year ago in the states (and I'm in the UK!). The first symptoms of a problem would be putting the computer on sleep, and picking it later only to find that the battery was totally flat. Then I realised that the machine was waking itself up and then freezing, and hence running out of battery.
Not sure if that's related to the BSOD issue, but the actual BSOD has only happened a few times.
Hope that clarifies a bit!
