BSOD after fresh install

Specs: Windows 64, i5/12gb
Can anyone tell me how I can resolve this BSOD?

I have included the dump file. It means nothing to me

I would guess that it's more than just a "fresh install" because the software that's causing your problem is DVB Dream. I googled it & it's a program that allows you to watch satellite TV on your computer. It's not a part of Windows so you must have installed it afterwards. Either that or you have a modified Windows installation disc.

If this is a new install then I would forst check out some of the hardware with Memtest86 to test the memory followed by Seatools by Seagate to test the hard drive. If all test out OK then I would pop in the install disk, go to custom install options, delete any existing partitions, create a new partition, format it and proceed with the new install. Immediately after the install I would recommend installing drivers, doing a Windows Update, installing antivirus program, and installing just the basic needed programs (basic utilities, office suite, email program, preferred browser, etc) in that order. Then use and test it for a couple of days or more to see if any problems occur before trying anything fancy or installing anything else.
