Specs: ??
Bootmgr is missing where can I make a disc for free to do the recovery?? Please help me with the recovery for it

You need a Windows 7 Repair Disk. You should have made it when the machine was new from the Windows Back Up section. You can still make one on a blank CD on a friends Windows 7 machine as long as both machines are either 32bit or both 64bit and use that. The repair disk has repair options for Start Up Repair, System Restore, and Reimage the drive from a Stored drive image. The first one is what you need and the second may be useful if you still have issues with Windows after. The third will only be helpful if you have a stored disk image from Windows back up and a current back up.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
