F11 for Recovery only works if the recovery partition on the hard drive is intact. The recovery method with F11 reads from the recovery partition on the hard drive which you say no longer exists, so the F11 recovery method has now gone.

To run recovery from CD/DVD discs, you must first go into BIOS Setup and set the first boot device to the CD or DVD drive, then save and exit BIOS Setup.

Now your laptop or PC should boot from the recovery disc.

✔ Best Answer
You may briefly get a message that says 'press any key to boot from CD/DVD drive' which you will have to do.
When you use the recovery disk set you will be reloading Home Premium (or whatever edition your system came with), after it is reloaded, you will need to use the activation key from the Ultimate Edition in order to upgrade again.
Make sure that all of your personal files are backed up to an external drive since the recovery program on the disk set will wipe the entire hard drive and return it to the factory shipped condition. You will also have to reinstall all of your programs and updates all over again and for any hardware changes (video card, etc.) you will also need to change those drivers as well. Are you sure that there is no saving the current installation?
After you get the machine running again exactly like you want it, make a disk image to an external drive and make a Windows 7 Repair Disk in order to load it for future need. This will let you return to that point instead of the factory shipped point.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
