boot error win 7

Specs: Windows XP, intel core i5 2.66 Ghz
I have a Windows 7Pro os and I am getting following error when I boot it
this starts to appear after i tried to add more partition using partition manager, i lost all my data as i the windows did not boot and i had to recover it, since then the error comes every time i turn it on!!
"Boot error, missing syscmndr.sys cannot run system commander:
Partition 0 id=27(Other)
Partition 1* id=07 (NTFS)
Partition 2 id=07 (NTFS)
Partition 3 id=0F (Other)
Select Partition to boot, 0-3: "
When I choose '0' : Vaio Recovery wizard will start again
When I choose '1' : windows will boot up without any further problem
When I choose '2' and '3'.some errors and nothing happens.

why whould u do that? why would u mess around with HDD partitions if u dont know how or unsure?
anyways u need to remove the OS completely from ur HDD then reinstall it. this error occurs because the computer cannot detect the OS drivers properly. u need to empty HDD then reinstall windows again properly
