Blue screen error / re-installing windows 7.

Dell Inspiron black 15r notebook

Specs: Windows7, intel i3/ 4 Gb RAM
I have a Dell notebook ( inspiron N5010 )
Configuration :
intel i3
4 Gb RAM
500 HDD ( only one partition C:\)

One day i got a "Blue screen error" , "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".
I didin't know how to solve the problem. So, using Dell data safe local backup i backed up the data in the (C:/) drive and restored the OS to factory setting.

Even after all this i still get the blue screen error and the computer restarts on its own.
I need help to either
1.) Re-install Windows 7
or
2.) Find a solution to the blue screen error

( I have a system restore disc , system repair disc and a few driver CD's )

If you did a factory restore, used the power cord while doing the restore, and are still having trouble, then your problem is probably NOT software related. If your system is still under warranty or extended warranty, contact Dell or where you purchased it with the extended warranty to see about warranty service. If not covered, please answer with much more details about the problem.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
