How do you block users from entering in your pictures, videos and documents with name and password.

Just don't share them and use a separate log-in for every user.

I agree with OtheHill, just make up a limited guest account for others that use your PC. that way they cannot access your docs, pics, etc

The way one gets access is from two means. One is file system permissions and the other is windows shares. You block one or both of them. Usually in Windows 7 it should have been blocked by default but on some upgrades it fails.

Check for shares and disable that. Firewall settings can also block this access. Be sure to then check file system permissions and remove ones that allow wrong users.
