Bios and windows have mirrored screen

Specs: Windows 7
bios is reverse screen and windows, both need a mirror to read, how to get it back to normal? Thinkpad t420 laptop

Most probably it requires certain key or keys to be pressed to flip the display back to normal view. Someone has accidentally pressed those keys which put the laptop into "projector mode" for projecting the display on to a wall or projector screen.

I've no idea which key or keys need to be pressed to take it out of projector mode.

Maybe there is a screen fault.
Did this happen just now?

If you have a Computing.net account, then go to settings and select "Disable In-Text links and sidebar Ads on the site"
