Beginner's questions about Windows 7

Specs: Windows 7
I just got a new computer that runs windows 7 and am trying to learn the new system. I have 3 issues that I can't seem to find a resolution to.
1. How do I move the files around in a folder? In XP all I did was drag the file to the position I wanted and drop it.
2. How do I get the web sites I bring up in the browsers (firefox or explorer) to full screen size?
3. In Xp I could put a picture on a file folder. I have tried the customize option and the pictures still won't show. It has this annoying vertical folder with pages sticking out. Can I change the icon to a horizontal folder and put a picture on the outside of it?
Seems like Windows 7 is not a very easy to learn upgrade!

In Windows 7 you cannot shift files around in a folder like you did in XP. You can choose to organize by a different criteria like last date accessed instead of by name or file type.

If you do not like to open your browser as a small window and bother to maximize it all of the time, just open it as a window and resize the window to about 95% of your screen size. When you close it, it will default to open to this size the next time.

Right click on the folder icon, select properties and the customize tab. Then you can choose a file to show 'in' the folder, or choose a different icon, but you loose the display picture 'in' option. You will need to use large icons in order to actually see the file 'in' the folder though (I have not tried selecting this manually).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
