Download the PDF user manual from this page:

http://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/AM2...

The front panel headers are in the lower-right corner of the
motherboard, except for the audio connectors which are in the
lower left. They are detailed on pages 20 and 21 of the PDF.

Is that what you want?

If I asked you for the model of your car, you wouldn't tell me what engine it has, that is what you have done.

It will be on the outside, not inside.

If needed, this should tell us.

John,

It is probably perfectly safe for him to run the computer
without the power switch plugged in, but he will probably
have a hard time doing it...

Your right Jeff, lost sight of that.
Can't see that a User manual will help either, we need the model number so we can get a case wiring diagram for the front panel.

My guess is that it is perfectly obvious which connectors are
which in the front panel, but not marked on the motherboard.

On the other hand, the problem might be that the wires to the
front panel dissappear inside the case before they get to the
jacks, switches, and LEDs, so he can't see which wire comes
from where without further disassembly of the front panel.
Mine just swings open and everything is visible.
