yea ive tried leaving it blank pressing enter but nothing keeps asking administrator password it wont allow me to log on

See the mircrosoft site for how to create a password recovery disk/usb.

we don't know if you even own the netbook....just call the manufacturer of the netbook and give them your name, address and serial number....they are quick to help.

what u mean yous dont know i own it or not course i do! do u think i would advertise it on here whilst unauthorised to do so..... i dont think so! ive a respectable reputaion and not into stolen goods! Thanks to everyone who advised me on a solution though!

We get many requests for password help here and it is difficult to establish whether the poster is the legitimate owner or not. Generally help on passwords is never given and the advice you were given regarding contacting the maker is pretty standard. No-one is accusing you of anything but it occurs to me that you might have provided more information in the first instance.
