Add Win 8.1 style Windows Startup Settings Option to Win 7

Specs: Windows 7
Is there a way to add Windows Startup Settings (formerly known as Advanced boot options) to windows 7 like there is in window 8.1. I have three OS's on my PC and would like to boot to them from the desktop of windows 7 and/or Ubuntu 13.10.

Try EasyBCD from here:
https://neosmart.net/EasyBCD/#compa...

Click the register button.
You don't really have to register.
On the upcomming website, simply click the download button, to get EasyBCD.

Hi paulsep
I do appreciate your answer but I think you missed understood the question. I know how to use BCDedit and EasyBCD. I would like to boot directly to a different operating system from windows 7 desktop so I don't have to wait and switch from the boot loader menu when I restart the computer. I can go from Windows 8.1 desktop right to Ubuntu 13.10 without waiting for the boot loader to select the Ubuntu os using the Advanced Boot Options. My question again is... Is there a way to add an advanced boot options to windows 7 like there is in window 8.1?

Thanks
