Do you have administrator privileges when attempting to add the printer?

I do not have the administrator privileges set. Here is the thing that I do not understand. I uninstalled and re-install the printer on my other laptop. It has no problem. On other hand, I did same procedures to the net book, but it just doesn’t work. Do you think I will need to down load a printer driver to my net book, so It can talks to each other? Thanks for helping:)

Download WINDOWS 7 drivers for your printer for your Windows 7 computer, install, then add printer/network printer and select the model (apparently Windows 7 is not picking up the right driver for your printer).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
If all else fails, read instructions.
