You have to be running "real" Windows 3.11 on the Intel or AMD PC platform to install Windows 3.11 applications. They won't install on Android devices.

You seem to misunderstand what that Android app is for.

But I have seen in youtube that windows 3.11 worked without any problems like installing programs. They installed successfully!
And it is REAL windows 3.11 for workgroups.
Our Russian guys use Andosbox to run Dos, dos games and windows 3.x , 95, 98 and even ME.
And I dont have permanent access to my mother`s notebook.

I suspect Win 3.11 is running in Standard mode on your device instead of Enhanced Mode. It is often the case when Windows is run on other platforms that it cannot run in anything other than standard mode. This is an issue that goes back to the days of OS/2 with the Windows shell in that operating system. Many programs for Win 3.11 were designed for 386 enhanced mode and only a few could run (or run properly) in standard mode.
