Cannot upload files to server

Specs: Windows 3.1
I am trying to get files on a PC running Windows 3.1 uploaded to a server. The floppy drive does not work either. Is there a way to transfer these files with FTP?

I use WS_FTP on my legacy Windows 3.1 system. It is free for home use or educational users, which being a college student qualifies me. Just choose this option when you install it.

You can download it by Googling "WS_FTP.ZIP" or directly from my archive:

Note: My win16 (16-bit) version is 3.0 from April 1996 (4/27/1996), but still works flawlessly over TCP/IP.

If you need a trial version of WinZip to open it, here is 16-bit WinZip 6.0 from 1995: (readme:

Do you have a floppy drive on any of your internet-connected computers? WS_FTP is only 204KB, and along with WinZip 6.0 they would both easily fit on a floppy (~500KB you'd still have just under a MB to spare). Then put the floppy in the Windows 3.1 computer and execute from the A: drive there.

Does the Windows 3.1 computer have internet access? If not the easiest way to transfer files from it would be to connect the Windows 3.1 drive as a slave in a newer computer and transfer the files from there.
