Have just implemented a new SBS 2011 server. Everyday about 1-45 the internet seems to drop out for about 20-25 minutes (still works but very slow / page cant be displayed etc...)
ive rebooted the routers, restarted the dns services etc... but to no avail.Ive checked the server logs and again no errors / warning that tie in with the time the internet drops out etc....
Kind of running out of ideas now.
Thanks
Are there any scheduled tasks running at that time? You said that you looked at server logs. Did that include the event viewer? How do you know when a politician is lying? His mouth is moving.
no running tasks at that time or any time tbh.
Sorry with the logs i did mean the event viewer.
run a speedtest.net test when good
run a speedtest.net test when bad
compare the two. Then call your isp with the info. I suspect it has nothing to do with your network but its the isp.
What is up with your usage of the word "routers" as in many? There should only be one.
Answers are only as good as the information you provide.
