installing window server 2008

Specs: window 7, 2.4/4
i want to ask everyone that on my laptop has windows 7 64bit ultimate with ubuntu 11.10 32bit as dual boot and i want to install window server 2008 Enterprise 64bits as triple boot. So, does it has any problem with those OS? Such as boot loader... If so, tell me the solution.
Note my laptop is Dell inspiron N5110
ram 4gb cpu core i5 2.4ghz
and i already check Dell website my laptop can support with window server 2008 64 bits

Just go into your bios, turn on virtualization, install vmware player, installed server 2008.

If you still want to install it, just use your grub boot loader it should work fine. I use vm for everything now since virtualization came out. It's so much easier.

Make sure that the installation will be on a clean partition to avoid erasing any active partition having OS like windows 7 and ubuntu in your case.
For the boot , you can always use a 3rd party software which will let you edit and fix your boot menu .
