The same way you do on a workstation. Might want to get a book on 2008 server. This is too basic of a question.

Answers are only as good as the information you provide.

Can you be more specific?

Do you want to create a user share from a list of users stored in a text file and want to know how to automate this with a script as apposed to Right-Click -> New Folder for each user?

Do you need to set ACLs automatically from a user list in a text file?

Do you need to know how to script a Mapped Drive command that will create a home directory for the users?

We need more details about what you are doing.
Other wise to answer your very simple question...

Right-Click on the drive that will hold the share -> Select New Folder -> Type Users -> Right-Click Select properties -> Select Share tab -> Check share.

You will still need to setup your ACLs for this folder.

...and is your server part of a domain or standalone? I.e. are these domain or local user accounts?
