No though your question doesn't make much sense. Care to elaborate?

I can probably elaborate. Windows Vista and higher has a fast-user switching graphical interface at login, even in the core version for 2008/2008R2. The poster is asking weather is it possible to change it to a plain classic NT logon.

To answer the question, I don't know but I think there is a way of making the graphics basic as possible, but the login interface will still look the same. Shouldn't take up much resources.
