Solved Disable Strike F1 to continue in Dell Power Edge T100

Specs: Windows XP
Dear all value Technician. I have a problem with my Server, when it restart it always alert me to Strike F1 To continue, F2 to Run Setup. So I want to boot automatic to the window without press F1 Key. So how can I do? Please help me my dear. Thank in advanced.

Now I can solve the problem. Because the problem is SATA Port not found it show in start up screen and I go to SATA Configuration and disable the SATA Port and done. Thank to everybody for your kindly help...

Dell poweredge's in particular do this too when you have a failed stick of RAM in them. There has to be some other information, it's not just saying press F1 to continue.
