WSUS update rollback?

I had several security updates get auto-approved by WSUS in my organization last night, but they are interfering with functionality and need to be removed.

I don't see any option in the WSUS console to "uninstall" these patches, i can only change their status from APPROVED to DECLINE (WSUS clients don't automatically uninstall declined updates, do they?).

1) how do i tell WSUS to tell the client machines to UNINSTALL these patches?

2) if the client downloaded an Approved update and THEN the server changed classification to Decline, will the client still think the update is approved? is there a way to change or reset the approved list that the clients have already downloaded?

thanks all!

The updates should show in add & remove programs. You should be able to remove them there.

was looking for more of a corporate solution - Add/Remove programs works great for one workstation ... maybe ten ... but what about a thousand?

If the users have permissions to uninstall updates, a login script might work. If not, WSUS may work.
