Windows will not boot from HDD or CD

Microsoft Windows server 2003 enterprise...

Specs: Windows Server 2003 Enterprise R2
Hello, Recently as part of an AD overhaul, I
uninstalled AD and changed the name of the server.
This went fine untill I went to log off, And it hung
whilst logging off, Just saying "Logging Off..." for
about 20 mins. So, (rather stupidly) I force restarted
the server. When it came to boot up again, The Boot
screen came up as normal, The grey bar scrolling
across as usual, When it froze and the HDD Activity
went down to 0. Now I tried using the Last Good
Config which also failed, And as a last resort, Tried to
boot up the Official CD, Which also failed, strangely.
It seems to load up the drivers, then says "Setup is
starting Windows", and sits there.
So Now im in a stuck position. I cant do an In place
upgrade, Or boot the OS itself. And I cant afford to
repartition the hard drive (I do have backups, but due
to a lack of space, some of the most recent files
didn't make it in). Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, I seem to have it resolved now. Whilst trying the "Unplug stuff" method, I unplugged a unused 5x SATA Drive caddy, and Hey presto. It looks like the Hard drive wasnt getting enough juice, So when it comes to getting the caddy full up, It may be worth investing in a new PSU.

Thanks to all those people who read it anyway
