what is SPA?
what email server are you using?
you have a registered domain name?
you had your ISP put a mx dns record in for that domain name?

smtp/pop3 settings/ports the same for the server and the client?

Sorry but I know little of IIS. My understanding is IIS supports outgoing mail but its not a mail server. This is why Exchange exists. 25/110 are the default ports.

Thankyou for the reply, is Exchange shipped with win server 2003 Enterprise edition?

Ohh, and forgot to say, it should be a mail server, because i can recive mail(but only from myself) because it has pop3, i dont think it's an iis problem, i think it might be somthing else.
