Windows Server 2003 Mail Server, SPAM Problem

Specs: Windows Server 2003 EN SP2 R2, P4 2.4 1GB
I am running Server 2003 and have SMTP and POP3 set up for mail. Also in the SMTP I have a smart host configured to my ISP mail server. As I have a dynamic IP address and some mail was getting rejected.

I am having issues with spam coming into my mail server and trying to be send. My server rejects the mail from being sent but is staying in the Q to try and get resent.

I would like to know if there are additional ways I could filter out this spam from coming in.

Simply google for SpamAssassin Exchange 2003.

"how" are you recieving email to you're exchange? If via POP3 collector then you will need to contact your service provider as they can filter the mail upstream. If via SMTP ( even though you do have a dynamic IP this is possible ) then use the IMF filter. As long as you have SP2 installed for Exchange you can use the intelligient message filter which is a a fairly rudimentary but effective spam filter that mainly uses heurestics and scores to track spam mail.
