Specs: Windows Server 2008
Hi friends,
I have windows server 2003 installed on a supermicro server, also it acts as a firewall with ISA Server 2004, Beforehand I able to manage this server remotely, but when I was trying to upgrade its antivirus, it restarted suddenly through the installation, after that, I can not connect to this server remotely or manage it on KVM Switch (there is no signal on kvm monitor). Server is running, and all of users have internet connection. Also I can not shut it down or restart it remotely. I also don't have access to it's registry. please help, what did happen to this server??

I think you need to go onsite and get to this server's console and login. I think the first thing I would do is restore it back to the restore point closest to the upgrade of the AV software.

If that works, then you're going to need to figure out why the upgrade pooched your system before attempting to do so again so-as to avoid having this happen again.

I am the captain of my soul.
