windows 2003 server reboots at logon

Specs: Linux-Fedora
My windows 2003 server boots quite fine. then on reaching the logon prompt where it tells you to press ctrl+alt+del, an error message is displayed on a dialog box as beolw:

" Instruction at 0x100150d referenced memory at 0x025d14c0. The memory could not be read."

When you click ok and enter password, it displays the ble screen of death and does a memory dump. then it restarts.

Anyone with assistance please?
Thanks in advance

Sounds like bad RAM modules. Try swapping them out or reseating them.
