Windows 2003 Server HD replacement - Image, ghost..backup ?

November 14, 2013 at 12:36:01
Specs: Windows 2003 Server Standard, Pentium IV/512MB
Windows 2003 server standard on a 8 GB partition of 30GB HD.

I need to change the HD but would hate to reinstall everything. Is there a way to image or ghost the HD and write it back to a new and bigger HD and resume operating the server with minimal fuss ?

Thanks !

sure you can do it that way but you need to understand you have to buy server clone software not workstation clone software to do this.

Answers are only as good as the information you provide.
