Windows 2003 Server disk filling up

Specs: windows 2003 server, 2.1 / 8 meg
windows 2003 disk filling up - Have 80 gig drive with about 20 gigs of data and shows that it is at capacity over the last week with very little going.
Now shows disk full.
Can any one explain what happened.
Temporary files ?

I bet that there is a backup program running. Check the scheduled tasks. I just had a PC that doing that.

1) Check Your antivirus program which u r running.if any antivirus u r running like symantec and mcafee. Check the quarantine folder and delete them.Before delete virus files verify is there any important data in your virus detected files.

2) Cross Check size of each and every file and folder. Delete or take backup to any other partition or external Hdd.
