Hi ,

I am unable to install drivers for Windows Server 2003 on my lenovo system.which earlier had Windows 7 as the System Reserved Partition has taken the letter C:
The method I used to install win server 2003 is as below
1.Changed my bios SATA mode to IDE
2.Run Windows server 2003 setup from CD.
3.At the stage when it shows existing partition info and asks for partition to install, I deleted all partitions except the System Reserved Partition (100Mb)(created by windows7 earlier). Created new partitions, Formatted and installed win server 2003.

Now I notice that the System Reserved Partition(100Mb) has taken the letter C: and my windows partition has been assigned the letter D: So When I try to install system drivers it fails with an error stating that there is insufficient space on C:

Is there any way I can make the Drivers to install in D: (my windows partition)?

Should I Reinstall Windows server 2003 by deleting all partitions including the system reserved partition so that the new windows partition will have the letter C assigned?

Can you rename the recovery partition to D in disk manager?
