Solved The minimum password length cannot be changed to 15

Specs: Win2k3
I am unable to change the password minimun length to anything higher than 14. Can I change the password mode some how to allow a 15 character minimum?

The only way to do that is to disable the complexity requirements within the Group Policy Manager, then you can have a key as long/complicated as you like. You can find how to do this inside the GPM.. you might also have to do a gpupdate /force to move that change along.

First of all, thank you for the quick response Jonas.
I disabled the complexity policy, did the gpupdate /force but the max number allowed is still 14.

Thanks Wanderer. I did check under security on the group policy and the domain admin did not have "full" permissions. I did change it to "full" and disabled the complexity policy, ran gpudate /force and the max minimum still cannot be changed to 15.
