I would guess you don't have this issue unless you install this software?

Sounds like your programmers have a bit of debug work to do.

Ok, i know that but this proccess running under domain user have full privileges, in some times we change the password and working fine for a while then its back to consume the resources. but there is another services in our enviromet use this account.

Does SQL Services or and thig releated to SQL can make this issue??

We use RAID 0+1, does this cause the issue.

We fromat the server and reinstall windows and Anti Viruse and scan the server then we install our S\W after while this issue happened. so please coulde you just think with me becasue i need to finish this.. thanks for any help :)

This is a programming error.

You don't put water in your gas tank do you? If you did, would you think it was the car, the tires, the seats or the driver was responsible for the car not starting?

You are appling the same logic to your programming situation.

You need to debug the program to find out why its consuming resources and not letting them go. Program memory leak [program takes but never gives back] sounds about right.
