Specs: sbs2003 server and server 2003
I have business server setup using small business server 2003. The network is very typical as i have a static ip, router, exchange, host a web page and ftp from this server. I am interested in adding a second windows server 2003 web edition to the network to handle additional web pages / fpt for a different business. The servers will need to stay seperated being that they are for 2 seperate businesses. I can make changes to the small business server to forward / redirect. i am using IIS on both units. is there an easy way to do this?
Any help would be great.

There are a few ways you could do this, depending on what you feel is right. The first question would be, does the two companys have anything in common? I mean do they share information at any point? Or are they completely separate?

If they share info they might want to share data too, that's what I'm after.

Data wise, the servers are for 2 seperate companies in the same location. The currently installed server is SBS2003 and performs all rolls of a company server including DNS, IIS, terminal services, ftp, etc. The seconde server will only host multiple FTP and multiple web sites. I know that i can yes headers on server 1 and redirect, but if that server goes down then server 2 is offl line. I am really trying to avoid have to internet services.
