rpcxdr.sys incompatibility

Microsoft Windows server 2003 enterprise...

Specs: Windows Server 2003 SP2 R2 x64
Recently i've done a fresh installation of Windows Server 2003 SP2 R2 x64 in one of our Dell Blade Servers. This server was for Symantec Netbackup 7.0 Master Server use.

Our backup data consisted of Sharepoint Files, Active Directory objects, etc. So we had to install Microsoft NFS Service in order to do Granular Recovery of the said backup files. All the pre-requisites for the said operation was successfully installed.

But during the first run of our backup, our Netbackup software notified us that one of the windows services needed to do Granular Restorations wasn't able to run, so the backup would continue without the Granular Recovery feature(which was the reason we went for Netbackup).

Assuming that its a Windows Component Issue I went straight ahead to Windows Event Viewer. And there i saw an error regarding rpcxdr.sys not being able to start because of incompatibility with the system.

Is there anyway that I could address this problem? Does Microsoft have a hotfix for this?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
