You don't share folders/files using Outlook so your question makes no sense.

Please rephrase it and try again.

Hi

For e.g

User A has 50 folders in outlook, user B wants to access the userA's folders.
when user A give permission to user B , user A has to go each folders and add user B.

is there a way to add userB in user A's outlook folders by going each folders.

Are you talking Exchange public folders?

Other users don't have access other other users folders inside of outlook

I am running Outlook 2010 and there is no way to even assign another user permissions to any of my folders. Simply not an option.

So I have to guess you mean public folders

Wanderer, you're mistaken, you can share your own personal folders in exchange. Sherazn, would sharing the entire mailbox meet your need? You can do this in Exchange 2007 or 2010 in the EMC by selecting the user and choosing manage full mailbox access. In Exchange 2003, you can do this by editing the permissions to the mailbox in ADUC. Once the permission has been set, you can add the whole mailbox to Outlook by following the instructions on the following page:

I would not consider being able to view a users exchange mail/ mail sort folders as sharing.

I review email boxes as part of my support/troubleshooting.

And again I have seen no grandularity of assigning a foreign user to a folder. You grant access/rights to the mailbox and everything it contains.

Now if you have a procedure of assigning a foreign user to a users self created email folder but block them from reading their email I would love to hear about it.

Sherzan if this is what you want, to assign users to this users email account then just assign authenciated users. This will give everyone the level of rights you assign.
