Outlook on Microsoft Exchange not sending

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Professional, 2.158 GHz / 959 MB
We are using Outlook 2003 and 1 computer with 2007 on SBS 2003 through Exchange. Every once in a while when sending from one of the outlook 2003 computers to the 2007 one the email does not go through.

It shows up in the sent mail folder but does not send until send/receive is manualy hit. This happens in maybe 1 of 50 emails sent to that computer.

The issue is going to be with the local machine. If the email doesnt appear in the tracking logs then it was never submitted to Exchange. Ensure Outlook is not offline. Failing that recreate the MAPI profile and test.

Just to clarify, both computers are local, only difference is the version of Outlook being used.

I will have to wait for another email to fail to go through before I can check. The main irratation here is never being 100% sure the email went through, thus prompting us to ask the other person if they got it, which makes sending the email in the first place sorta pointless.
