The following SID are missing in the Users Group and my domain users unable to access this application server:

NT AUTHORITY/Authenticated Users (S-1-5-11)

how can i add it back... please help

Start with reviewing the event viewer logs for the reason communication has broken down between the DC and this server.

Thanks for the reply...... unfortunaly my colleagues has cleared the event viewer. i'm stuck now!

Your "colleague" is an idiot or is the cause of this problem. Even if you clear the logs you save them first. This is standard procedure.

If this is a member server unjoin it from the domain to a work group, delete the machine account from AD and then add it back again to the domain.

Let's see if that will re-establish the domain communication.

I would also request you post a ipconfig /all from the server for review.
