New Subnet DHCP Server Slow Saving XLS Files?

Specs: Windows 7
We work on a subnet and have networks .1 .3 .5 with three dhcp servers. .1 is our DC running DHCP. There is a .3 and .5 DHCP. All servers are Windows Server 2003 SP2. I'm having issues with slow excel 2003 saving and excel hanging during saves while saving from our .3 network. The DHCP servers are Authorized to the DC and the forwards are pointing correctly to are subnets in the DNS. Any help to get excel files saving normally from the .3 network would be appreciated.

All other Office Applications are running smoothly. The strange thing is--if I create a blank xls file from any subnet and save it on the server I can then open it, change it and save it without any problems. Looks like only the preexisting files before the .3 dhcp server was put in place is being affected.

The .5 and .3 networks are in the AD Sites and Services. We have one domain controller on the network. .5 and .3 are pointing to our server on .1 for DNS.

Problem fix. I Set the switch port to full 100 duplex.
