Multicast image server

Microsoft Windows server 2003 enterprise

Specs: Server, 1G
I have a Windows XP machine with symantec ghost server on it, TFTP software set for DHCP and all my ghost images are on it also. I use a boot CD or a boot floppy to connect to the server from the client and then use multicast to ghost my clients on a separate switch.
The thing I want to do is to have it so I don't need to use my NDIS2 driver disc or CD to boot the client to connect to the ghost server and I read PXE server is what I need since most machine can network boot from bios. Where can I get a free PXE server for windows xp or is this not how to achieve this?

I did do some search before I posted this and did read that link, but just can't see the solution in this link without buying Acronis or other paid software, did read something about ubuntu PXE server, but really want to make it work on just my windows xp pro, all I need is to make the client boot into it and get an IP and start my ghost image.
