Specs: Windows 2003
I will need to move a Windows 2003 domain controller to a different location/subnet. This DC is a global catalog and also a DCHP server. I need to confirm what steps do I need to do for a seamless transition. Thanks in advance.

not enough info.

You have other DCs?
What fsmo roles is this server holding?
Is this the sole dns server?
New location connected to other locations?

Non-FSMO holder. The new location is connected via MPLS. Thanks.

move it to the new location
change its ip
change its host/ptr record in dns
add the new subnet to sites and services in AD

That should be all.
