Migrating AD users and computers from 2000 to 2003 R2

Specs: Windows Vista

I know about ADMT, but the issue is I have already installed and configured my new server linked to a spare network switch giving same domain name and IP address. My existing 2000 server is PDC and also the DNS, so what would be the best way to migrate it's user to new 2003 server?

I hate to say it but if you already setup and configured the server, your chances of doing that are now over. That is a mirrored processes you could have done while setting up AD.

I hate to say it, but to the best of my knowledge, your going to have to put them in manually.

If you know about ADMT then why are you asking the question?
You use ADMT for exactly your condition.

BTW you don't have a pdc. AD doesn't have pdc/bdc. It only has a pdc emulator which is not the same.

Answers are only as good as the information you provide.
