Mail server unable to receive emails

Specs: Windows 7
Hi, I'm running a mail server on Windows Server 2003, its pretty basic but it fulfills all of my needs.
The problem started today, out of the blue, all emails that are sent from my server are received correctly, but none that are sent from external sources are received.
Gmail reports this error:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 5.7.1 <mymail@address.com>... Relaying denied (state 14).
I've tried googling the error, but to no avail.
If anyone has any idea on how to fix this I'd be more than happy to follow it.

Thanks in advance

I'm confused. That error appears to be an SMTP error but you described it as a POP3 error.

If for some reason, your domain was being used for spam, that could be the cause.

Search google for 550 5.7.1

There are alot of hits.
